Description of Provided Service:

We recommend a deep clean a few times a year to maintain a clean environment. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning countertops, bathrooms, and kitchens, door frames and doors, wipe down baseboards, spot clean walls, dust and clean air vents, clean ceiling fans and light fixtures, empty and clean trash cans, dust and wipe blinds, spot clean glass doors, dust and clean interior side of windows. Please make a note of the square footage of your residence to best suite your needs. Minimum 3 hours for move in/out cleaning services. We will customize your future cleaning rates on frequency of service and special requests.

Please ensure all pets are placed in a secure location for our team members and pets safety. We recommend all kid toys, personnel items picked up for reduced cleaning time. Additional services may require additional time to complete your residence, we will confirm with you prior to proceeding. We look forward to surpassing your expectations! • Appliances: oven, microwave, fridge ONLY inside and out, pull fridge out of niche and clean behind, clean outside of all other appliances. (Oven can not be moved if gas)

• Cabinets: wipe all exterior and interiors, includes drawers

• Dust: fans, blinds, air vents
